Ok so I think you can add a container div - I did it in design view and just shifted all the content in. Its still a mess though, but at least the menu is in a better position!
there is probably an easier way to position the spry menu bar in relation to other elements - but I think I remember the lecturer saying you should have a container div that's invisible anyway. I haven't come across that lynda tutorial as yet.
